A recent article in the Los Angeles Daily News compares the commitment to Catholic identity found at three Catholic colleges in California: Mount St. Mary's College, Loyola Marymount University, and Thomas Aquinas College (TAC). The article cited promotion of social justice at St. Mary’s and Marymount as evidence of Catholic identity. The article focused on the strong liturgical life and dedication to the Catholic intellectual tradition as evidence of Thomas Aquinas College’s Catholic identity. The Newman Guide to Choosing a Catholic College
also praised TAC, stating, “There is an impressive intellectual rigor at TAC that is matched by a commitment to orthodox Catholicism.” Source: LA Daily News
