(8/6/09) Newman Guide colleges are well represented on the list; Thomas Aquinas College takes number 1 spot
The Princeton Review has published the list of what it considers to be the “most religious” colleges in the United States. The 20 ranked institutions are drawn from Princeton’s list of 371 “best” colleges in the country. Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California, a Newman Guide institution, topped this year’s list as “most religious.” Other Newman Guide schools featured for their religiosity are number 5 University of Dallas and The Catholic University of America, which is ranked number 16. The University of Notre Dame, ranked 8, and St. Anselm College, ranked 17, are the only other Catholic colleges on the list.
